What is that saying, "Once a marine, always a Marine".  Prior to joining the Marines, Allan lost close to 100 lbs and now is a bodybuilding classic physique competitor. From basic weightlifting to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Personal training is in Allan's blood he can help you get into your best shape.

 Alex began his training career over 15 years ago when he lost 120 lbs. He has interest in bodybuilding, but has expanded his focus into gymnastic strength & flexibility training. Alex practices Shaolin Kung Fu and Sanda.
